Tiffany & Co. is looking for a Retail Learning Coach for The Landmark to execute and reinforce our luxury learning strategy, partnering across Commercial Leadership, Client Advisors, and Retail Learning- Americas to drive performance through coaching, product knowledge, and brand behaviors.

You will organize onboarding, deliver impactful training moments, observe floor interactions, and coach teams to elevate client experience and selling ceremonies in a flagship environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of retail training / coaching experience.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence across all levels.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and events.
• Brand standards and luxury service experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and reinforce Tiffany & Co.'s retail learning strategy at The Landmark.
• Roll out training initiatives based on business needs.
• Observe sales floor interactions and provide feedback.
• Coach and develop Client Advisors and retail teams.
• Use KPIs and reports to measure learning impact.
