Job summary

The Landmark at Tiffany & Co. in New York seeks a Retail Learning Coach to drive and reinforce our luxury retail learning strategy.

You will partner with Commercial Leadership, Client Advisors, and cross‑functional colleagues to elevate client experience, selling ceremony, product knowledge, and brand behaviors across the store team. Key duties include rolling out training initiatives, facilitating onboarding, coaching on the sales floor, and using KPIs to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of retail training/coaching experience.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Roll out training initiatives based on business needs and guided by Retail Learning leadership.
• Monitor daily sales floor interactions and share insights with leadership.
• Ensure brand behaviors, grooming, and store presentation meet Tiffany & Co. standards.
• Provide evaluations and post-training assessments to demonstrate ROI.
• Coach and support store teams to adopt desired behaviors and client experience standards.
• Utilize KPIs and reports to assess learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
