Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in the Northeast Market is seeking a Retail Learning Coach to elevate the client experience across key stores by leading in-store coaching, developing selling skills, client relationships and consistent behaviors aligned with brand standards.

In partnership with store leadership and Market leadership, you will design and implement 30-60-90 coaching plans, monitor progress weekly and sustain learning through Tiffany Wonder eLearning, and support onboarding for designated stores.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of luxury retail or elevated client experience.
• Leadership experience in sales and people management.
• Proven track record in coaching and achieving KPIs.
• Ability to collaborate with headquarters and market teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients and teams on the sales floor with 90-100% face-to-face coaching.
• Drive performance metrics: sales, AUR, conversion, NPS, client relationships.
• Develop 30-60-90 coaching plans for mid-to-low performers.
• Conduct 1:1 coaching and attend weekly team touch bases.
• Monitor progress and report results weekly and monthly.
• Ensure learning translates to daily store behaviors; onboard stores quarterly.
