Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in luxury retail sales leadership and people management.
Proven track record in sales, developing client relationships, and coaching.
Inspiring and trusted leader able to empower teams and guide across levels.
Experience analyzing retail performance metrics and translating insights into actions.
Strong coaching, facilitation, and adult learning capabilities.
Ability to travel regularly among assigned stores (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

Use business performance metrics to identify coaching opportunities and develop a coaching strategy.
Monitor and create coaching plans to improve KPIs including sales and NPS.
Develop 30-60-90 day coaching plans for employees requiring development.
Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback on the sales floor.
Deliver onboarding and assimilation of new retail employees.
Collaborate with leadership to align coaching priorities with business objectives.
Support adoption of Tiffany Wonder digital learning platform.
