Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Orlando is seeking a Retail Learning Coach to lead in-store coaching across designated Southeast stores, shaping client experience, client relationships and selling skills in line with brand standards.

You will partner with store directors and market leadership to develop 30-60-90 coaching plans, drive sustainment of training via Tiffany Wonder eLearning, and monitor progress with weekly reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of luxury retail or elevated client experience.
• Proven track record in sales, client relationships and loyalty programs.
• Leads teams and coaches others to improve performance.
• Willingness to travel within the Southeast Market.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store coaching for Client Advisors and Team Managers 90–100% on floor.
• Align coaching with brand expectations and selling skills across stores.
• Develop 30–60–90 coaching plans with store leadership for performance improvement.
• Monitor progress weekly and monthly with coaching outcomes and KPI targets.
• Drive adoption of Tiffany Wonder eLearning platform and sustainment of training.
