Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales and lead the team to meet sales and KPI targets.
• Build client relationships and deliver exceptional in-store and after-sales service.
• Coach team on goals, recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and stockroom organization.
• Lead omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives and data-driven improvements.
