Kate Spade New York in Kansas City seeks a Supervisor to lead a high-energy, customer-first sales floor. You will drive productivity and profitability through coaching, client development, and adherence to Kate Spade standards.

As a brand ambassador, you will elevate service, selling behaviors, and operational excellence while fostering an inclusive, diverse team culture and ensuring accurate POS and inventory processes.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multi-task and prioritize.
• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and confidently navigate the sales floor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends.
• Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example on the sales floor and drive store KPIs.
• Coach team on goals, performance, and development.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Perform opening/closing procedures: cash handling, deposits, and POS operations.
• Ensure inventory integrity and timely replenishment on the sales floor.
• Promote brand-safe social media engagement and live selling initiatives.
