Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to support store leadership by delivering a customer-first, high-energy sales floor. You will coach teams, drive productivity, and uphold brand standards while fostering an inclusive culture and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include leading through KPI performance, managing openings and closings, executing omni-channel efforts, and ensuring inventory integrity. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff on the sales floor.
• Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends.
• Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and KPI targets; lead team to adopt best practices to improve results.
• Build client relationships and ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences; drive VIP retention.
• Coach and develop the team; support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control to ensure accuracy.
• Lead omni-channel initiatives including live-stream shopping and data capture for loyalty growth.
