Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to support store leadership and create a customer-first, high-energy sales environment. You will drive store productivity, coach the team, and ensure brand standards in daily operations and clienteling efforts.

You will lead by example, promote exceptional service, and foster an inclusive, diverse culture while managing omni-channel initiatives and in-store experiences.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and multi-task on a busy floor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and omni-channel/ clienteling systems.

Responsabilidades

• Drive personal sales while leading the team to hit sales and KPI targets.
• Coach team on goals, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and stockroom organization.
