Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join our store leadership team in Florida. You will drive exceptional customer service, mentor teammates, and ensure smooth daily operations on the sales floor. This role emphasizes a can‑do attitude, collaboration, and a dynamic store atmosphere.

You will lead by example, manage KPIs, oversee services like piercing and engraving, and support inventory, merchandising, and guest experiences while maintaining Mejuri’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and uphold Mejuri’s customer service standards.
• Drive KPIs and engage the team to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate store operations including inventory, fulfillment, and merchandising.
