Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join our store leadership, driving exceptional customer service, developing the team, and ensuring flawless daily operations. As a key presence on the sales floor, you model Mejuri values and consistently embody a collaborative, can-do attitude that motivates staff and delights customers.

You will lead by example, uphold standards, and help create an engaging environment that supports sales, service, and visual merchandising across the store.

Competenze

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays in alignment with the stores availability requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead on customer service standards on the sales floor and uphold Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
• Drive KPI performance and engagement of the store team.
• Promote services such as piercing, engraving, and other offerings.
• Participate in inventory, order fulfillment, storage, and organization of the BOH and sales floor.
• Assist in onboarding and developing store staff and maintaining a positive work environment.
