Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join our store leadership team in the United States. You will drive exceptional customer service, mentor team members, and ensure smooth daily operations on the sales floor.

As a Floor Lead, you will manage inventory, support order fulfillment, and uphold Mejuri’s visual and merchandising standards while fostering a high-energy, customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service on the sales floor and uphold Mejuri’s selling standards.
• Drive KPIs through personal and team performance; engage and develop staff.
• Oversee in-store operations including inventory, fulfillment, and back-of-house flow.
• Maintain Mejuri visual standards and support merchandising, displays, and tools.
