TUMI Milpitas, CA is seeking an Associate Manager for our Retail team. You will create a client experience that reflects the brand ethos, build lasting relationships, and drive sales through outstanding service in a luxury, travel, and lifestyle environment.

The role requires a passion for luxury retail, proven sales results, leadership in coaching and training, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and passion for luxury lifestyle and client experience.
• Value collaboration and openness to feedback.
• Retail environment involves standing, moving, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Strong sales track record with KPI achievement in luxury retail.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lead by example with integrity and time management.

Responsibilities

• Create a client experience reflecting the brand ethos and drive sales through outstanding service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver world-class service.
• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics (conversion, DPT, UPT, data capture).
• Plan, prioritize, and demonstrate initiative; champion change when needed.
• Train and coach store associates; support store manager with development goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and consistent client experience.
• Collaborate with team and adapt communication for all levels.
