Qualifikationen

• Passion for TUMI brand and product assortment.
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in luxury market.
• Able to stand, move, lift up to 30 pounds, and use a ladder as needed.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays.

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI targets including conversion and client data capture.
• Demonstrate initiative, plan effectively, and drive change when needed.
• Train and develop store associates; contribute to quarterly goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback to teammates to improve performance and service.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards.
