Job summary

TUMI is seeking an Associate Manager for our Retail team to create a premium client experience and lead client relationships while driving sales. The role emphasizes service excellence, product knowledge, and collaboration across teams to meet store goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales and client experience in luxury markets, plus the ability to train others, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing business needs in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Strong sales results in luxury retail preferred.
Excellent client service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays.
Proven ability to meet KPIs and drive store performance.
Ability to remain calm and deescalate situations.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
Plan, prioritize, and champion change with initiative and strategic thinking.
Train and develop store associates through coaching and roleplay.
Provide clear communication and collaborate across teams for growth.
Ensure visual merchandising guidelines and a superior client experience.
