TUMI's Retail team is seeking an Associate Manager who will create a client experience that reflects our brand ethos while building strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service. The role blends luxury lifestyle visibility with hands-on leadership on the shop floor.

Qualifications

Strong sales experience with a proven track record of meeting KPI metrics.
Passion for luxury retail and client service.
Ability to train and develop store associates.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays.
