V Opco, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time Client Advisor to elevate the Vince luxury purchase experience. This role emphasizes high-energy selling, deep product knowledge, and proactive clienteling to build lasting relationships.

You will meet sales goals, manage a client book, and collaborate with a high-performing team while supporting store operations and ensuring brand standards across the floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in retail sales, preferably luxury.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Build deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design to inspire purchases.
• Grow a robust client book via proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals).
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and drive brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients with elevated engagement and wardrobe styling.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the sales floor.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and procedures.
