Job summary

V Opco LLC, doing business as Vince, in Chicago, IL, is seeking a dynamic retail sales professional to consistently meet and exceed personal sales goals. You will build deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, and design to inspire confident purchasing decisions, and you will cultivate a robust client book through proactive outreach and personalized follow-up.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; lift up to 35 pounds during merchandising.
• Flexible schedule; able to work weekends, evenings, events and holidays.
