Job summary

Vince is seeking a highly motivated Client Advisor (Sales Supervisor) in Scottsdale, AZ to lead with selling and elevate every client interaction. You will set the tone for the store with luxury service standards and deep product knowledge.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, cultivating a strong client book through proactive outreach, and maintaining an on-brand store environment. This role requires flexibility for weekends/evenings/holidays and a passion for the Vince aesthetic.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail sales (luxury environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor.
• Flexible work schedule; weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Grows a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business and loyalty.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to motivate others.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
