Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building to build client trust.
• Flexible schedule; able to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, and referrals)
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive brand-focused interactions
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire the team
• Support store operation including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards
• Uphold company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures
