V Opco, LLC is seeking a Full-time Sales Supervisor for our Vince boutique. You will lead with selling, elevate client interactions, and uphold luxury service standards. The role demands strong product knowledge and the ability to grow a robust client book through proactive outreach.

Qualifications include 2+ years in luxury retail sales, proven sales performance, and excellent communication. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent as a selling tool.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, referrals).
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and translate styling conversations into brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
