Job summary

Brobston Group, representing FENDI, seeks a Client Advisor in Dallas to deliver exceptional service and exceed sales goals through product knowledge and relationship building. You will create a memorable luxury experience and maintain store standards.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, at least 2 years in luxury retail, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Additional language skills are a plus, with a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to use POS system and inventory management functions.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
• Organizational and digital literacy required.
• Flexible availability including some nights, weekends and holidays.
