Job summary

FENDI in San Diego seeks a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service and exceed sales goals through product knowledge and brand dedication. You will manage client books, assist with special requests, and maintain store presentation under management guidance.

You will use the POS system, CRM, and inventory tools to update records and support daily operations, while presenting a polished Maison image and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to use POS system and inventory management functions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements.
• Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
• Follow store guidelines and maintain client books.
• Assist with repairs, special orders, returns, etc.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow dress code.
• Use POS and update customer database accurately.
• Open/close duties and participate in team meetings.
• Support training of new Client Advisors and loss prevention.
