Job summary

TUMI is seeking an Associate Manager for our Retail team. The role focuses on creating an exceptional client experience that reflects the brand ethos, while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service.

The ideal candidate shows a passion for luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets, and is prepared to grow with the brand by pursuing opportunities to enhance client engagement and store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-level client service in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and KPI targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to lead and develop store teams.
• Comfort with performing on the sales floor and participating in visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize, and champion change in a retail environment.
• Train and develop store associates, providing coaching and feedback.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a superior client experience consistent with the TUMI ethos.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
