Qualifications

• Commitment to client service with passion for luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets.
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays.
• Strong time management and ability to lead by example.
• Ability to collaborate and adapt in a dynamic store environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT.
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize, and champion change.
• Train and develop store associates with quarterly goalsetting.
• Maintain visual merchandising and client experience per guidelines.
• Maintain payroll by managing timecards and adherence to policies.
