• Sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Ability to meet sales goals and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
• Lead and plan with initiative; drive change effectively while maintaining high standards.
• Develop store staff through training, coaching, and quarterly goal setting.
• Communicate clearly, build relationships, and uphold ethical conduct with customers and team.
• Maintain payroll accuracy and adhere to company policies and Visual Merchandising standards.
• Ensure a superior client experience through consistent service and adherence to brand guidelines.
