Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Ability to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong integrity and ability to lead by example.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience training and coaching store staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales and KPI targets.
• Plan, prioritize and drive change with initiative.
• Train and develop store associates with coaching and roleplay.
• Communicate clearly and build strong client relationships.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and maintain training records.
• Follow visual guidelines to deliver an exceptional client experience.
