TUMI is seeking aStore Associate Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience, drive luxury sales, and lead by example in a dynamic retail environment. You’ll build relationships with clients, train associates, and uphold brand standards while pursuing growth across KPIs and products.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurship within a team, strong service, and the ability to adapt to evolving brand initiatives in a global luxury context.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail and client service
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and KPIs
• Strong time management and organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lead by example and uphold integrity

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics (conversion, DPT, UPT, data capture)
• Demonstrate initiative, plan and prioritize, and drive change
• Train and develop team members and provide ongoing coaching
• Provide strong communication across the team and adapt to stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with payroll, policies, and store processes
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and client-centric in-store experiences
• Promote brand goals and deliver a superior client experience
