TUMI is seeking a results-driven Associate Manager for its luxury retail team. You will create an exceptional client experience, build strong client relationships, and drive sales through outstanding service. You will train and develop teammates, coach performance, and uphold store policies while striving to exceed KPIs and contribute to the brand's growth and client awareness.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service in a luxury retail setting.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize work, think strategically, and drive positive change.
• Take pride in work, strive for excellence, and meet deadlines.
• Provide training and coaching to store associates; support quarterly goal setting.
• Communicate effectively, build relationships with clients and team, and ensure excellent service.
