• Proven sales success and ability to meet KPI targets.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lead by example and drive team performance.
• Physical stamina to stand, move in store and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI targets including conversion and Client Data Capture.
• Display initiative, plan effectively, drive change and strive for excellence.
• Coach and develop store associates with quarterly goal setting and feedback.
• Communicate clearly; build strong relationships with clients and team.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain store visuals and client experience.
