• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and KPIs.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion and client data capture.
• Lead, train and develop store associates with coaching and role-play.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to reflect the brand ethos.
• Maintain visual merchandising and client experience standards.
