TUMI is seeking an Associate Manager for our Retail team in California to drive sales, build client relationships, and lead an energetic store team. You will deliver world-class service, uphold brand standards, and contribute to growth through coaching and performance management.

The ideal candidate has a passion for luxury lifestyle markets, strong sales experience, and the ability to guide others while adapting to a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

Strong sales and client experience, preferably in luxury retail.
Excellent client service and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to lead by example and coach team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable to change.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and KPI metrics.
Demonstrate initiative, plan effectively, and drive change when needed.
Develop and coach store associates and provide ongoing feedback.
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and client experience.
