TUMI is seeking an Associate Manager to join our Retail team. You will create an exceptional client experience that reflects the brand ethos, build strong client relationships, and drive sales through outstanding service.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial spirit in a luxury market, growth opportunities, and a focus on achieving sales KPIs, training others, and maintaining store standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
• Value a collaborative environment and openness to feedback.
• Retail team members stand, move around the store, lift and push boxes up to 30 pounds, and use a ladder.
• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPI targets.
• Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
• Strong integrity and ability to lead by example.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and KPI metrics.
• Demonstrate initiative, plan and prioritize work, and drive positive change.
• Train and develop store associates; participate in quarterly goal setting for personal development.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback; foster a 360-degree coaching culture.
• Communicate effectively, collaborate with the team, and uphold ethical standards.
• Manage visual merchandising and client-experience to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
