Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals including KPI metrics.
• Take initiative, plan/prioritize, and champion change.
• Support store manager with training and development activities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team and nurture a 360-degree coaching culture.
• Communicate effectively, uphold ethical conduct, and adapt to change.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards.
