Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor to deliver professional, friendly service from check-in to check-out at our Forbes-rated resort. You will perform end-of-day processing, reconcile daily transactions, and prepare financial reports while addressing guest concerns promptly.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of front desk experience, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and creating elevated guest experiences.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Basic understanding of front office operations including reservations, cashiering, and guest relations.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor throughout check-in and check-out.
• Process arrivals/departures, assign rooms, handle payments, billing, and keys.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized resort information.
• Maintain knowledge of resort services and local attractions.
• Perform end-of-day/night audit, balance transactions, and close the business day.
• Support upsell opportunities including room upgrades and experiences.
• Handle guest concerns professionally, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Reservations, F&B.
• Maintain accurate guest records, cash handling, and PCI safety compliance.
• Foster a positive team environment while upholding Forbes-level service standards.
