Beemok Hospitality Holdings is seeking an experienced Night Auditor to oversee overnight front office operations and financial reconciliation at our luxury property. You will greet guests, balance revenue, and prepare end-of-day reports consistent with Forbes 5-Star standards.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of luxury-hotel night audit experience, familiarity with PMS and basic accounting, and a calm, detail-focused demeanor for overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in front office or night audit at a luxury hotel.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and basic accounting procedures.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Greet late-arriving guests and manage check-in/check-out per Forbes 5-Star standards.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly with discretion.
• Maintain a calm overnight lobby and ensure guest comfort and security.
• Provide personalized service by noting preferences and occasions.
• Audit, balance, and consolidate revenue across departments.
• Reconcile cash drawers, card transactions, and folios; fix discrepancies.
• Prepare daily revenue reports, trial balances, and summaries for management.
• Post charges/payments to guest accounts; ensure folios are accurate.
• Monitor property for unusual activity and coordinate with security.
• Complete property walks; ensure cleanliness and security of public areas.
• Handle emergencies in coordination with hotel leadership.
• Deliver a detailed end-of-shift report and brief the morning team.
