Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to manage the overnight front desk and perform essential accounting duties. The role ensures accurate nightly revenue balancing and supports guest service during late-night hours in a property setting.

The Night Auditor will maintain data integrity in the PMS, generate daily reports, and adhere to safety and compliance standards while working with the Front Office Manager and Night Manager for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations, accounting, or customer service.
• Proficiency with hotel systems (PMS) and night audit software.
• Certifications: none required; Opera experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight front desk operations and guest service.
• Perform end-of-day accounting, balance guest accounts, and reconcile transactions.
• Generate and distribute daily financial and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate records in the PMS and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor safety and comply with company policies and procedures.
