Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee financial and administrative tasks during the night shift. You will handle late check-ins, manage reservations, and balance daily revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction and data security.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on a nightly schedule. Prior hotel front desk or guest services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent or experience.
• Experience in hotel front office operations or guest services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs and provide hospitable service.
• Process night-time check-ins/outs and manage reservations and room assignments.
• Maintain records of financial transactions and guest interactions.
• Compile daily reports and reconcile guest accounts and revenue.
• Post charges and perform end-of-day close in the PMS.
• Monitor security and handle emergencies during the night shift.
