Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Night Audit to perform end-of-day functions for the resort and outlets. You will be the primary guest contact during overnight hours, ensuring a seamless guest experience from late evening through early morning.

You will check guests in and out, handle folios and billing, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with department leaders to deliver personalized service. A strong background in hospitality and cash handling is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum two years in a hotel operations environment.
• Minimum two years in customer service.
• Overnight shift availability 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Possess basic math skills and ability to handle billing.
• Clear English communication; reading, writing, speaking.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Host and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, folios, invoicing and billing.
• Think creatively to own and resolve guest stay opportunities.
• Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
• Coordinate with department leaders to ensure personalized guest experiences.
• Maintain guest account records and knowledge of hotel services.
• Perform cash-handling duties and basic accounting knowledge.
