Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a Resident Services Concierge to act as the extension of the association's management office, delivering five-star service to residents in a luxury community.

You will greet guests, assist with move-ins/outs, arrange travel and events, coordinate with local vendors, and mentor junior staff while upholding privacy and professional standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; AA or BA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience working in hospitality in a similar role.
• Knowledgeable with computer software programs commonly used in the industry.
• Must have excellent communication skills; verbal and written to convey information clearly.
• Must be creative and enjoy creating a luxury lifestyle that is fun and safe for residents.

Responsibilities

• Be the extension of the Management Office; help run Front Desk operations at a 5-star level.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist front office manager with training new team members.
• Arrange for special requests for residents (travel, events, flowers, etc.).
• Coordinate special events or projects as assigned.
• Provide information on the local area and arrange tours.
• Maintain privacy and act as an ambassador with integrity.
• Establish relationships with local merchants and service providers.
