Job summary

Kw-Property-Management- seeks a Resident Services Concierge to extend the Management Office’s reach, ensuring a seamless five-star experience for residents. The role focuses on front desk operations, policy development with the Property Manager, and supervising staff to maintain luxury standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, training new team members, coordinating resident requests, and organizing events while protecting resident privacy and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; AA or BA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience working in the hospitality industry in similar role.
• Knowledgeable with computers software programs commonly used in the industry.
• Must have excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• Must be creative and enjoy creating a luxury lifestyle that is fun and safe for residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist front desk operations to a five-star service level.
• Train new team members and supervise front desk activities as delegated by the Property Manager.
• Coordinate resident requests including directions, restaurant suggestions, travel, airline reservations, transportation, hotel stays, event tickets, tours, and deliveries.
• Organize special events and communicate information about local area and tours to residents.
• Maintain privacy and integrity when handling resident information and interact professionally with residents and guests.
