Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a concierge to deliver five-star service to residents and guests in a luxury community. The role emphasizes warm interactions, local area knowledge, and proactive problem resolution.

You'll manage reservations, directions, transportation, and a variety of resident requests while maintaining a professional, discreet demeanor and strong teamwork in a fast-paced front desk environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Hospitality management or business administration degree strongly desired.
• Fluency in foreign languages is a plus.
• Minimum of one year of luxury hospitality or property management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, and professional with residents and guests.
• Ability to work independently with discretion and confidentiality.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates superior customer service at all times.
• Warmly greets and directs residents and guests.
• Maintains an active Front Desk presence and monitors access.
• Handles duties: mail/packages, reservations, transportation, shopping, services.
• Develops knowledge of local attractions to enhance experiences.
• Gives directions to amenities and events within the property.
• Follows Front Desk procedures and DAR reports.
• Adheres to company standards for resident and guest services.
• Performs front desk and back-of-house administrative tasks.
• Ensures concerns are resolved professionally and promptly.
• Maintains professional demeanor and appearance.
• Assists in training concierge staff.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe workplace.
• Performs other duties as directed.
