Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a professional Concierge dedicated to delivering a 5-star resident experience at a luxury property. The role requires acting with discretion, greeting residents and guests, and coordinating services such as transportation, reservations, and personal shopping.

The position emphasizes deep local knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a polished, confidential approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• A degree in hospitality management or business administration strongly desired.
• Fluency in one or more foreign languages is also a plus.
• Minimum of one year of high-end/luxury hospitality or property management experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining composed.
• Must be friendly, courteous, service-oriented, and maintain professional distance from residents and guests.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates superior customer service at all times and a genuine desire to serve.
• Warmly greets and directs residents and guests arriving to or departing from the property.
• Maintains an active presence at the Front Desk and controls access to the property.
• Handles concierge duties including mail, packages, reservations, and transportation arrangements.
• Develops relationships with local businesses and VIPs to fulfill resident requests.
• Familiarizes with community amenities and provides directions to events.
• Adheres to Front Desk procedures and safety protocols.
• Performs other job-related duties as directed.
