Propark Mobility is seeking an Assistant Account Manager for a premier luxury hotel operation in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role reports to the site leadership and drives guest experiences through frontline supervision of cashiers, valets, and attendants while coordinating shuttle and parking services.

The ideal candidate brings parking/hospitality experience, strong communication, and a proactive, service-driven approach. On-site, full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• This position requires parking industry experience with a hospitality focus.
• Progressive supervisory experience with front-line team oversight.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree concentration in business is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all frontline associates daily.
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Act as liaison between customers, staff and management.
• Assist in training cashiers, valets and shuttle drivers.
• Provide continuous customer service training for staff.
• Assist shuttle fleet upkeep and preventative maintenance.
• Process cash receipts and prepare deposits for revenue reports.
• Review work schedules to ensure coverage while minimizing costs.
• Reconcile time cards and payroll for staff.
• Ensure policy compliance and assist in absences.
