Qualifications

• Experience in parking operations with hospitality focus is ideal.
• Supervisory experience of front-line staff
• Scheduling and payroll experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front-line associates on a daily basis.
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Act as liaison between customers, staff, and management.
• Make recommendations for hiring, evaluating productivity, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in training cashiers, valets, and shuttle drivers to meet job expectations.
• Provide ongoing customer service training for at location.
