Propark Mobility in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Area Manager to oversee parking operations across multiple locations, including shuttle, valet, and self-parking services. The role demands strong leadership, hospitality insight, and hands-on management of front-line teams.

You will drive operations performance, manage budgets, schedules, and payroll, and build lasting client relationships while advancing a culture of safety and service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries.
• Operational and financial acumen with ability to coach leaders.
• Impeccable communication skills to develop relationships with clients, colleagues and staff.
• Willingness to lead and grow the team to meet new challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with revenue control equipment and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary leadership and development to your teams.
• Support supervisors and managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational needs.
• Develop and maintain lasting client relations and attend client meetings.
• Review management reports and client statements to ensure budgets are met.
• Review KPIs and forecasts with senior management to maximize performance.
