Qualifications

• Progressive supervisory experience with front-line team oversight.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily operations of the parking facility to maintain a first-class operation.
• Assist with day-to-day fiscal activities including on-site bookkeeping, accounts receivable and budgets.
• Manage lessee parking including rent roll, contracts, and payments; maintain parker records.
• Supervise timely completion of daily operation reports and revenue reconciliations.
• Foster a culture of high-quality customer service for a positive guest experience.
