Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartment homes in a professional manner.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Maintain understanding of features, floor plans, pricing and availability.
• Utilize property management software to manage resident information and leases.
• Conduct move-ins/move-outs and ensure a positive experience.
