The ideal candidate has at least two years in leasing or sales, strong communication, and proficiency with Yardi or RealPage to track leases and process applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of leasing or sales experience, preferably multifamily.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/RealPage).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Present community and apartments to prospective residents with enthusiasm.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, guide prospects through leasing.
• Maintain knowledge of features, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi or RealPage to manage resident information and applications.
• Handle move-ins/move-outs and ensure smooth experience.
• Plan resident retention programs and community events.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on marketing and social media.
• Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
