Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of leasing or sales experience, preferably in multifamily.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi/RealPage).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments in a professional, enthusiastic manner.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Maintain understanding of features, floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Use property management software to manage resident information and leases.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Plan resident retention programs and community events.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on marketing and social media.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
